“The best part of the already fantastic Boulder Mountain Guest Ranch was the Sweetwater Kitchen and its young talented staff. The dinners we enjoyed were ambitious and perfect. Locally grown greens, locally sourced meats, and an unmistakable talent on the grill and with the sauces.

We don’t know when we’ll return to southern Utah, but when we do, we will definitely make BMGR and the Sweetwater Kitchen part of our itinerary.”

“Four years ago my hiking buddies and I chose the Boulder Mountain Guest Ranch for our second trip to hike the canyons around Boulder, Utah. Just a random choice. After having two dinners, two breakfasts and a box lunch from the Sweetwater Kitchen, it was clear that we needed to come back again, and again. I’ve now stayed at BMGR 4 times for 2-3 nights each time and will come again. Our original goal was to hike all the day-trip canyons in the area; our objective now is to make it all the way thru the Sweetwater menu. But that’s hard when you have something that’s so good you have to order it again the next night.

Everything on the menu is exquisite. Delicate flavors and combinations that, in my experience, are unique. You’ve never had an appetizer like the Pork Belly Avocado Pineapple mini-tacos. Even the oatmeal is amazing.”
