Where can you get alcohol in Boulder, Utah?

While wine is available with your meals in most restaurants in Boulder, there are no stores that sell bottles to go.  Bottles of wine, full strength beer and spirits are available at  the state liquor stores. The gas stations sell only 3.2 beer.
