    Serving what creator Lacy Allen calls “food with flair,” including coffee, tea, breakfast, lunch and snacks inspired both by Indian street food and classic American-style breakfasts. Think homemade chai and cardamom maple syrup, yum!

    Open seasonally from early March-late November, 8.am-2.pm, 7 days a week, this vibrant food truck is located next to Hills & Hollows at 840 W Highway 12 in Boulder.

  • Hell's Backbone Grill & Farm

    Located on the grounds of the Boulder Mountain Lodge at 20 N. HWY 12 and soon to enter their 25th season, Hell’s Backbone Grill & Farm is open seasonally from mid-March through November. They serve farm-to-table, four corners cuisine Thursday-Monday from 4.pm-9.pm.

  • Sweetwater Kitchen

    Sweetwater Kitchen is located in the main lodge of the Boulder Mountain Guest Ranch & boasts a menu featuring their own grass-fed, grass-finished beef, made-from-scratch menu choices, including all of our baked goods, local and organic as possible. The dining room is both indoor/outdoor with a backdrop of the Grand Staircase.
